How to Hire a Local 427-721 Musician:

1.  Call us (727) 572-7977 or email us: afm427721@gmail.com and provide us with more information about your event such as:  Date, Time, Location, Music Style, Number of musicians desired, budget range, etc.    Click Here to Fill Form

2.  We'll give you the names and contact info of our recommended professional musicians or groups that will best suit your request.  You will then be able to deal directly with the musician or bandleader to insure all your special requests can be met.

3.  Sign a contract.  If you decide to hire a Local 427-721 musician or group, they will ask you to sign a simple form contract to confirm the details of the performance.  The contract will be filed with our office.  Getting it in writing protects both the client and the musicians. Descriptions of the contract forms are at the bottom of this webpage.

Feel free to browse our musicans' pages on AFM ENTERTAINMENT: a new, internet-based service. The artists area of this website is still growing and we are continually adding musicians to our roster.

The Performance Contracts

Our musicians generally require performance contracts in order to secure your engagement and document the occasion for their tax recordkeeping.  These are two of the more commonly used contracts:

  • AFM L-2 Local Engagement Contract
The actual contract between you and the musicians. This guarantees their price and availability for your event.
  • AFM LS-1 Contract
Allows a musician to route a portion of your payment to his/her AFM pension account.
